Front Counter Position

We are looking for a FRONT COUNTER position to join our team! You will be responsible for providing great customer service, selling of new/used equipment and parts.

     Responsibilities

  • Strong customer service

  • Check-in equipment for repair

  • Respond to phone and walk in customers

  • Sales representative

  • Parts knowledge

  • Knowledge of promotions & financing

  • Operate computers, internet and other programs with ease

    Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or sales experience

  • Have or can develop general knowledge of outdoor power equipment

  • Ability to sell new and used equipment

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong customer service phone skills

  • Must be trustworthy and of good character

     

Mechanic Technician

Technicians are responsible for helping the company provide an excellent and consistent service quality product through proper diagnosis, repair, warranty/non-warranty evaluation, cleaning, and documentation of each unit that is brought into the Service Center for repair or refurbishment so that the customer is given an excellent service experience. Directly reports to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

+ Show up to work timely and be ready to work
+ Repair all assigned units correctly, safely, and efficiently
+ Accurately document all work performed to each unit on the work order for invoicing.
+ Accurately capture all product information including serial number, model number, and other required information for the proper filing of warranty claims.
+ Clean repaired units prior to moving them.
+ Look up parts via computer and retrieve parts from parts shelves when needed.
+ Keep work area clean and organized
+ Housekeeping of all shop common areas and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ 0-2 years documented experience
+ No certification required
+ Ability to read and write the English language.
+ Ability to use the computer for parts look up.
+ Ability to work in fast pace environment.
+ Walks, stands, bends, squats during entire shift.

+ Ability to move and lift to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.

 

Work Schedule:

+Monday through Friday 9-5 (1 hour lunch)
+Every other Saturday 8-12

Phone Parts Specialist

We are looking for a PHONE PARTS SPECIALISTS to join our team.  You will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Takes accurate messages.

  • Directs calls to the appropriate department or person.

  • Ability to answer customer questions via phone, have parts knowledge and check on customer ordered items

  • Ability to receive and communicate with customers courteously, efficiently, and professionally.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.

  • Deadline and detail-oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work includes frequent interaction with customers and employees.
